Sliding Gate Repair. The fix for this week is a sliding gate repair for a Nationwide property management company. Our client contacted the Security Solutions out of hours control room at 5am and required an engineer on site immediately. On arrival to site our engineer discovered that the main entrance gate was jammed halfway open. The Security Solutions engineer was able to repair the gate by replacing the damaged carriage wheels and performed a full operational test.
The Client holds a Magenta Service and Maintenance contract which covers 25 sites across the UK, the Magenta contract includes priority 24 hour emergency call out 7 days a week, replacement parts and 2 site visits per year.
